FREE Dance Classes for any one living with a Cancer Diagnosis in TELFORD

Kindly funded by Lingen Davies Cancer Support , I Can Dance classes offer you the chance to access a fun, friendly and uplifting dance experience.

The sessions are light-hearted and relaxed, and you will find the choreography easy to pick up and a joy to dance 😊 They are open to complete beginners and those with some dance experience - all levels of dancer are welcome here.

While the classes aim to increase activeness expect a moderate pace of exercise - this means that your heart will beat a little faster as well as shine a little brighter!
