Bollywood dancing is a dance style for EVERYONE! Colourful, vibrant and expressive, it's a  blend of  dance styles that creates exciting, eye-catching choreography.  

Following this free taster session a 5 week block of  progressive Bollywood classes will run every Tuesday from 10-11am at The Silvester Horne Institute. You will  learn 2 Bollywood routines over 5 weeks  - please be assured they are easy to pick up and follow ! The choreography fuses energetic Bhangra steps with  beautiful Indian hand gestures  , as well as a peppering of western styles such as Disco and Latino!

The 5 week block costs £38 or there is the option to pay weekly at £8.50 per session.

In my‘ Bhangra Fusion’ class you will learn dynamic dance sequences that combine popular Bhangra steps with elements of Street Dance and Bollywood dance to give you an exciting and energetic dance workout ! During a 50-minute class you’ll master and dance choreographies to lots of pumping modern Bhangra tunes which will raise your mood - and pulse! This class will leave you invigorated and beaming :)

Enjoy a fun, fly and full body dance workout to the best 90's (AND 00’S )tunes!

During each session you 'll learn 90's inspired dance routines to tunes from the likes Mc Hammer, Young Mc and Fat Boy Slim- 

Back Street Boys, Madonna and The Spice Girls!  Disclaimer: A few tunes from the early 00’s will also be thrown in ;)

Do the 'Reebok', 'Running Man' ,'Bart Simpson' and 'Alf' ! Choreographic style is influenced by 90's dance trends, namely hip hop and commercial dance and will get your heart rate going and body buzzing! The class is open level and welcomes everyone interested in getting fitter through dance. Sections of choreography are easy to pick up , and as the weeks go on you 'll find your self not just *following* them but \*dancing \*them with some swagger!!

The sessions are light-hearted and relaxed, and you will find the choreography easy to pick up and a joy to dance 😊 They are open to complete beginners and those with some dance experience - all levels of dancer are welcome here.

While the classes aim to increase activeness expect a moderate pace of exercise - this means that your heart will beat a little faster as well as shine a little brighter!
